
Parnika Saha is an Agricultural Extension graduate expertise in rural development, climate-resilient agriculture, and gender-equitable farming systems. At the Council for Social Development (CSD), Hyderabad, she is part of an ICSSR-supported research project exploring Geographical Indications (GI)-tagged rice varieties across multiple Indian states, conducting field surveys, literature reviews, data analysis, and report writing to assess socio-economic impacts and sustainability practices in rice farming. Previously, she interned with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) India under the Carbon Offsetting Rice Emissions (CORE) project, contributing to qualitative field research, gender-sensitive monitoring and evaluation. She holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Extension Education from Centurion University of Technology and Management, Odisha, where she graduated at the top of her class.
