CSD organises specialised training programmes on research methodology, capacity building and academic writing programmes for researchers in core focus areas of the institute. Duration of these programmes ranges from one week to two weeks. These programmes are announced well in advance in the website. The Institute also carries out refresher training programmes in quantitative techniques and computer applications for teachers and researchers in social sciences.
