Mr. Sunder Raj
Research Associate

Sunder Raj is associated,with Council since 1997, in the capacity of Research Associate. He holds Master Degree in Economics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He has been actively participated in the Council's research studies and gained rich experience in handling the field work assignmentsindependently. He has published more than 30 research articles and papers in various journals and edited volumes.? He has jointly published the following edited books to his credit; Advancementof India: Attainments and Alternatives, (Kanishka Publishers, 2010); Development Initiatives in India, (Serial Publications, 2008)and Empowering Rural India: Experiments and Experiences, (Kanishka Publishers, 2006). His areas of interest are Participatory Rural Development, Poverty Alleviation, People's Participation, Development & Displacement and Women Education & Empowerment. He has been resourceful and reliable in all the Research &Evaluation studies and Seminars, Workshops &Training programmes taken up by the Council from time to timethroughout the career and continues to play significant role in the commissioned assignments.
